4. No professional advice
The content on the site, including service descriptions and any articles or examples, is general information only. It is not professional, technical, legal, financial, tax, security, or compliance advice for your situation.
Data, cloud, and AI systems are complex, and the right approach depends on your specific facts. Do not act or rely on the site's content without getting advice tailored to your situation. We do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, or suitable for your needs.
5. No client relationship
Using the site, sending us a message, or submitting our contact form does not make you our client. It does not create a consulting, advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and us.
We provide services only under a separate written agreement signed by both you and us, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. That agreement, not these Terms, will govern any services we provide. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the services it covers.
We may decline any inquiry or request for services for any lawful reason. Any budget range, timeline, or other information you give us through the site is for planning only. It is not a commitment by you or by us.

- We will handle the personal information you send as described in our Privacy Policy.
No confidentiality agreement is created by submitting the form. If you need to share confidential information with us, we can agree on how to do that under a written nondisclosure or services agreement.
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them without any obligation to you. This does not give us any right to your confidential information, and it does not give us ownership of your company's data.

The site mentions products and services of other companies, such as Salesforce and Agentforce. Those names and marks belong to their owners. We mention them only to describe the technologies we work with. Unless we clearly say otherwise, this does not mean that those companies sponsor, endorse, or are partnered with us.
9. Third-party links and services
The site may contain links to websites and services run by other companies. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that website's terms.
10. Changes to the site and availability
We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We are not liable if the site is unavailable for any reason.
11. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
This includes, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the site will be secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers above apply only to the extent the law allows.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINCOLN DATA CONSULTING AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS. This applies whatever the legal theory, such as contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, and even if we were told such damages were possible.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US $100).
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited.
These limits apply to your use of the site only. Liability for any services we provide is governed by our separate written agreement for those services.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lincoln and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your misuse of the site.
- Information you submit through the site.
- Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
14. Governing law and where disputes are decided
If you have a dispute with us about the site or these Terms, please contact us first at disputes@lincolndataconsulting.com. We will try to resolve it informally.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Any legal action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia. You and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection that they are an inconvenient forum.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court with jurisdiction, for example to stop unauthorized use of intellectual property or an attack on the site.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes take effect when posted, unless we say otherwise. They apply only to use of the site after that date. If you keep using the site after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16. General terms

- Severability. If a court finds any part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed, and the rest of these Terms will stay in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce any part of these Terms, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give any rights to anyone other than you and us, except the persons protected in Sections 12 and 13.
